Tourist Visa Application Details:

• Copies of front, back and all used pages of the passport and it should be at least six months valid from the date of intended travel and previous passport copies (if available)
• Completely filled and signed family details sheet 54 and authorization form 956A
• 1 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (soft copy directly from photographer’s camera), refer to photo specifications page for details
• Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
• Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last 3 years
• Aadhar card copy of the applicant

If Self Employed / Business

• Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
• Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last 3 years

If Employed / Service Person

• No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
• Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer

If Student

• Leave sanction letter from the School / Institute, if closed then letter stating that
• School / Institute ID card copy

Please Note

• Travel Insurance is required for the applicants above 75 Years
• For the minors (below the age of 18 years) need additional completely filled and signed forms 1257 and 1229
• Due to attachment size limitation, please arrange to send the maximum documents in original format, like bank statement from bank login and etc.
• As this is an International transaction, so the bank’s overseas payment mark-up charges are applicable

Business Visa Application Details:
